["Orfeo's Game"]
- Follow the detective back to the very beginning of the story. Visit the familiar apartment and receive an invitation to the manor once again. Yet this time around, he is participating in a game called "Orfeo" where he and many other strange yet familiar guests will gather in that somewhat different manor. In this special game, they will take turns acting as different characters in L'Orfeo and work together to complete the mission imposed upon their identities in the story.
- Complete daily check-ins to obtain Portraits, Portrait Frames, Room Interactive Furniture - Reversi Board, B-rarity Accessory - Banquet Cake, and more.
- The event story, Orfeo's Script, begins! Participate in the event and progress through the story to obtain Novelist's B-rarity Costume "Orfeo" and more.
- [A-rarity Furniture] Reversi Board is a limited-time interactive reward for the "Orfeo's Game" event. Interact with the item to start a chess match. This furniture won't provide any Melodies (Room Points).

[Battle]
- The wax splashing effect will now activate after Wax Artist is stunned by a Flashlight or a high-powered Flashlight.
[Experience Improvements]
- Added the option in Settings to disable In-Battle FPS Detection. Once disabled, there will no longer be a notification asking you to adjust graphics quality when FPS is low.
- When spectating standard mode games or playing a recording of them, the status bar on the right will now be expanded by default.
- Improved the performance of Night Watch's normal attacks.
- Adjusted the pinpoint's position when using Hermit's Attachment on iOS devices.
[Bug Fixes]
- Fixed an issue where Naiad's Humidity would increase abnormally after the Survivor used Euphoria.
- Fixed an issue where Gamekeeper's Trap couldn't activate in some situations.
- Fixed an issue where Survivors couldn't be affected by Night Watch's Tempest when using some of the emotes.
- Fixed an issue in Tarot/Tarot - Crystal Ball mode where the Knight icon above the character isn't hidden after "the Ripper" entered Hidden in Mist state.
- Fixed an issue where "Little Girl" could teleport near the Hunter immediately after being rescued by First Officer.
- Fixed an issue where the confinement location would be incorrect if a Survivor is confined by wax at the same time the Lasso hit them.
- Fixed an issue in Eversleeping Town where Acrobat could use Bomb to jump over multiple objects.
- Fixed an issue where the Hunter would be in an abnormal state after losing connection and reconnecting when Novelist uses Metaphor on the Hunter under certain circumstances.
- Fixed an issue where Survivors may be pulled into objects when drawn in by Night Watch's Tempest - Cyclone.
- Fixed an issue where Toy Merchant's Catapult may be at an abnormal location when pushed by Night Watch's Tempest.
- Fixed an issue where Acrobat would land at an irregular spot when using a Bomb to jump at a certain location in Eversleeping Town.
It has recently come to our attention that a small number of players have been found guilty of delaying tactics, intentionally losing, non-participation, negative play, using cheats, cheating in Blackjack mode, and hindering matchmaking for top-ranked matches, all of which significantly affect the experience of other players. We have started punishing the corresponding violations in order to provide a healthy gaming environment for everyone. We also encourage you to use the in-game reporting system to provide us with feedback when encountering negative behavior. Let us work together to maintain order and integrity in the Manor.

Identity V will be updated on March 30, 2023 (UTC+8). The following content is for reference only, and the content of the actual maintenance notice shall prevail.
- S25 Essence 3 will be available, containing Dream Witch's S-rarity costume - Messenger, Prospector's A-rarity costume - Mining Director, and Entomologist's A-rarity costume - Professor of Zoology and Botany.
- "Little Girl's" Costume Package will be available in the Shop. It contains "Little Girl's" S-rarity costume - Eurydice and "Little Girl's" A-rarity Accessory - Melody.
- Tier rewards for Recharge Accumulation will receive an update.
