New Character

New Hunter

Name: Valentina Yaga Vasilieva

Identity: Peddler

Character Background: When the once happy home crumbled into ruin, the old Valentina disappeared with it. The ghastly moonlight cast its pale glow upon the distant, withered figure, and that haunting melody would forever echo through the night...

[External Trait] Gifted Merchant

The Peddler can absorb various components from the environment, causing them to lose their original functionality while granting her new abilities. She can store 2 charges for each ability and can hold up to 5 charges for all abilities. The Peddler has complete control over when to switch and release these abilities.

[Tier 0 Ability] Petty Gains (Charge Time: 18s, Charges: 1.5/2)

The Peddler can absorb components from the environment, such as ground elements, obstacles, or metallic objects, within 8 meters of her. The absorption process takes 1 second, during which her Movement Speed is reduced by 50%.

Nature:

The Peddler absorbs natural elements within a 1.5-meter radius. The area affected by this absorption experiences a withering effect for 8 seconds. Survivors entering this withered area will be ensnared by vines for 2 seconds. If a Survivor is seated in a Rocket Chair within 12 meters of the withered area, the withering effect lasts 4 seconds, while the Survivor is bound for 1 second. This grants the Peddler the Nature Affinity ability.

Mineral:

The Peddler can absorb mineral-based obstacles with certain thicknesses, causing part of the obstacle to vanish and creating a temporary passage for 14 seconds. This grants the Peddler the Mineral Affinity ability.

Metal:

The Peddler can absorb metallic objects like undecoded Cipher Machines, unopened Chests, unused Consoles, Cabinets, and unseated Rocket Chairs, causing them to become inactive for 12 seconds. This grants the Peddler the Metal Affinity ability.

[Tier 0 Ability] Nature Affinity (Cooldown: 6 seconds)

After absorbing natural elements, the Peddler can extend vines from her basket in a forward direction. Activating the ability again pulls her to the target location. If the target is a Survivor, they will be bound for 0.3 to 2.6 seconds, depending on the vine's length. The vine can reach up to 35 meters.

[Tier 0 Ability] Mineral Affinity (Cooldown: 6 seconds)

After absorbing mineral-based obstacles, the Peddler can release mineral shards in a 15-meter area. Upon impact, the shards explode, dealing a portion of the normal attack's Fear value as damage to Survivors in the radius. The explosion forms a gravel zone for 10 seconds that reduces Survivors' Interaction Speed and Decoding Speed by 20% for 8 seconds.

[Tier 0 Ability] Metal Affinity (Cooldown: 6 seconds)

After absorbing metallic objects such as undecoded Cipher Machines, unopened Chests, unused Consoles, Cabinets, and unseated Rocket Chairs, the Peddler surrounds herself with gems that reduce Control, Knockback, and Slow effects by 40% for 10 seconds. Additionally, her attack range increases by 1.5 meters, and Movement Speed increases by 8%.

[Tier 1 Ability] Steady Profit

The maximum absorption range is increased to 12 meters.

[Tier 2 Ability] Tremendous Wealth

Absorption time is reduced without affecting Movement Speed.

The Ripper

[External Trait] Condensed Fog

Every once in a while, The Ripper accumulates fog on his bladed hand. Once enough fog has gathered, he can unleash a Fog Blade that travels in a straight line for a period of time during an attack or a Freezing Fog attack. Charging 1 unit of fog takes 9 seconds for up to 2 units. If there is less than 1 unit of fog, no Fog Blades can be produced.

Fog Blade:

The type and strength of the Fog Blade now depend on the attacks used.

Normal Attacks produce large Fog Blades, consuming 2 units of fog and dealing damage equivalent to a full normal attack.

Freezing Fog attacks produce small Fog Blades, consuming 1 unit of fog and dealing damage equal to half of a normal attack.

[External Trait] Fog Zone

Fog Blades leave a trail of fog in their wake, and Survivors hit by a Large Fog Blade will also leave a fog trail as they move. Additionally, when Survivors are knocked down and tied to a Rocket Chair by The Ripper, a patch of fog will appear at their location for 12 seconds. Within the fog, The Ripper's Movement Speed is increased, and the cooldown of Hidden in Mist is reduced by 75%.

[Ability] Freezing Fog

This is the Ripper's quicker, more nimble normal attack. Compared to normal attacks, Freezing Fog attacks are faster but deal less damage. When the Ripper has at least 1 unit of fog, using a Freezing Fog attack consumes 1 unit of fog to generate a small Fog Blade, dealing damage equivalent to half of a normal attack.

[Ability] Hidden in Shadows

The Ripper enters Hidden in Mist state more quickly, and within the Fog Zone, the cooldown of Hidden in Mist is reduced by 90%.

Evil Reptilian

Increased hit detection duration while ballooning.

Guard 26

New External Trait - Explosive Seat

Guard 26 can place a timed bomb on a Rocket Chair occupied by a Survivor. Each bomb explosion will add 4 seconds to the Survivor's elimination progress. Once the first bomb is placed, a 28-second countdown begins. After 10 seconds into the countdown, Bonbon can add additional bombs to the same Rocket Chair. A Rocket Chair can hold up to 5 bombs in total. When the countdown ends, all bombs on the chair will detonate at once. However, if the Survivor is rescued before the countdown finishes, all bombs on that chair will become ineffective.

Remote-controlled Bomb cooldown reduced from 35 seconds to 30 seconds, with casting animation shortened by 0.4 seconds.

Added fill-in-the-blank Quick Messages, now categorized into Area, Character, Combination, and Ability types, available only in the List or via the List/Wheel combination. The fill-in method supports directly selecting area names from a dropdown list, generating area names by selecting positions within the scene, and clicking on the map to send area names. Under the Area category, you can send Quick Messages with area names, such as "Hunter is at the center." Under the Character category, you can send Quick Messages with character names, such as "Lucky Guy, go rescue." Under the Combination category, you can send Quick Messages that combine area and character names, such as "Lucky Guy, go decode the Cipher Machine at the center." Under the Ability category, Quick Messages related to the Hunter's Active Traits will be displayed. Depending on the current Survivors and the selected Hunter, relevant Quick Messages will be automatically provided, such as "Watch out for Blink," "Use the Owl now," or "There's a Puppet at the center." Quick Messages under these categories support voice sending.

Penalties for Violations

It has recently come to our attention that a small number of players have violated our code of conduct through delaying tactics, match-fixing, maliciously taunting the Hunter, intentionally losing, idling, playing negatively, using cheats, cheating in Blackjack mode, obstructing matchmaking in top-ranked matches, cheating in Copycat mode, displaying aggressive attitudes, and using extreme language, all of which significantly affect the experience of other players. We have started punishing these violations in order to provide a healthy gaming environment for everyone. We also encourage you to use the in-game reporting system when encountering the behaviors above. Let us work together to maintain order and integrity in the Manor.
