Hunter Talents

Addiction: When 2/3/4 Survivors who are not on Rocket Chairs are within 20 meters of you, Recovery Speed from stuns and other strong control effects is reduced from 10/25/40% to 8/24/40%.

Famine: Survivor detection range is reduced from 18 meters to 16 meters, and the Decoding Speed reduction is increased from 9% to 12%.

Sabotage: The duration during which Cipher Machines cannot be decoded is reduced from 40 seconds to 30 seconds.

Berserker: Attack Recovery Speed bonus is adjusted from 15/20/25% to 10/15/20%.

Rage: Recovery Speed bonus after being stunned, struggling free, or affected by strong control effects is adjusted from 10/15/20% to 7/15/20%.

Inertia: Attack Recovery Speed bonus is reduced from 10% to 5% (Hell Ember, Gamekeeper, The Ripper, Soul Weaver, The Feaster, Photographer, Mad Eyes, Axe Boy, Violinist, Nightmare, Night Watch, and "Fool's Gold" have a base bonus of 5%).

Survivor Talents

Healing: The reduced healing rate while injured is adjusted from 0.3%/0.45%/0.6% per second to 0.2%/0.4%/0.6% per second, and the maximum rate is adjusted from 30%/45%/60% to 20%/40%/60%.

Touch Effect: Acceleration after being healed is increased from 15%/25%/35% to 15%/30%/45%.

Empathy: Movement Speed bonus is adjusted from 20% for 6 seconds to 14% for 12 seconds, and range is reduced from 16 meters to 14 meters.

Sensory Adaptation: The duration of revealing the Hunter's outline is increased from 5 seconds to 7 seconds.

Distraction: The effect is adjusted to reveal the Hunter's location for 5 seconds every 40 seconds after the Exit Gate is open.

Knee Jerk Reflex: After the initial acceleration effect ends, if within the Hunter's alert range, grants an additional 8% Movement Speed for 4 seconds.

Hunter Adjustments

Geisha:

Increased normal attack range to 2.95 meters, charged attack range to 3.21 meters, and reduced recovery time after missing a normal attack to 0.66 seconds.

Improved hit detection for Geisha's attacks, and reduced recovery time after hitting to 0.95 seconds.

Reduced Soul Departure mid-air time, and set Dash Hit cooldown in this state to 4 seconds.

Improved Swallowtail Butterfly release logic, reducing the chance of it being released into scene components.

Naiad:

After leaving the Abyss, Humidity now begins decreasing at 5% per second after 10 seconds, instead of 9 seconds.

Surging Tides can now be activated outside Slipstream, immediately entering Slipstream and resetting Spearfishing cooldown.

Slightly increased the launching action for normal attack.

Axe Boy:

Reduced Dispel Souls cooldown from 15 seconds to 13 seconds.

Added hit sound effect from Axe Boy's perspective when Resentful Soul hits a Survivor.

Slightly increased camera height.

"Cueist":

Improved logic for selecting Contact Points and paths for Maxwell's Demon, Transition, and Cue Ball, reducing incorrect landing point selection.

Added functionality preventing selection of Contact Points and paths at the screen edges when releasing Cue Ball, reducing the chance of incorrect landing point selection.

Bloody Queen:

When summoning Aqua Mirror with a charged attack, its position can now be displayed through obstacles.

Survivor Adjustments

Doctor:

Added an alternate item, Medical Booster, that can instantly increase Self-healing Progress by 40% per use, with two uses.

Removed the Med Elite effect that increased "everyone's Healing Speed by 5%."

Perfumer:

When using "Euphoria" to Recall, she gains a damage reduction equal to one normal attack for 3 seconds. If Fear is reverted, the damage reduction decreases accordingly. This effect is exclusive to the Perfumer.

Toy Merchant:

All Survivors except Toy Merchant can pick up and directly use the Toy Container's item. Using it puts the primary item on a 12-second cooldown; using the primary item puts the Toy Container's item on a 12-second cooldown.

Toy Merchant can move while charging to preview Catapult trajectory.

During Catapult placement, launch button appears sooner for early launch.

Reduced Catapult retrieval time.

Toy Container item will no longer include Syringe.

Reduced Toy Merchant's Chest Opening Speed from 100% to 50%.

Lawyer:

For the first 30 seconds of a match, Note-taking Speed doubles when moving or vaulting (triples with the map).

Puppeteer:

If Undaunted blocks damage or control effects, Movement Speed increases by 50% for 1.5 seconds after reverting to the Puppeteer.

In Last Effort state, can transform into "Louis."

Increased "Louis" duration and Flexible Joints acceleration time from 8 seconds to 9 seconds.

Priestess:

Reduced action time for opening a Straight Passage by 0.12 seconds.

Survivors can now see outlines of nearby Straight Passages.

Gardener:

Recall Toggle can be activated while stunned or in similar control states, and Recall can be used during stationary control effects.

Memory's damage-blocking effect disappears after blocking damage equal to one normal attack.

Professor:

Fixed number of Scales increased to 2.

Scale Hardening cooldown when failing to block or only blocking control effects reduced to 40 seconds.

Cowboy:

Added Lasso target settings, allowing selection of All Characters, Lassoed Characters, or Only Scene Components.

Combat Adjustments

Adjusted attack animations for most Hunters to better align with hitboxes (hitbox timing and animation duration remain unchanged).

Reduced base rescue time for Rocket Chair rescues from 1 second to 0.86 seconds, and reduced the "Knight's" Chivalrous Sympathy completion time from 0.8 seconds to 0.7 seconds.
Added a successful rescue effect when Rescue Progress bar is full.

In Ranked Match and Custom Mode, after the Hunter confirms their character, Survivors can now see it. Neither side can change character during this phase.

Quick Message

Adjusted cooldown to 3 seconds.

Removed "______ , send your location."

When no duplicate Survivors, Quick Messages requiring two character name slots cannot have identical names entered.

In matches where Hunter's character is revealed, removed "The Hunter is ______." Messages about the Hunter will appear under the skill category, and character changes are not supported.

Added "Where is the Cipher Machine with the highest Decoding Progress?" to the general category.

When Survivors have Flywheel Effect Talent, the skill category will include "Flywheel Effect Cooldown: __ seconds," auto-filled by the system.

Other Adjustments

Reduced inheritance ratio of Character Knowledge Points for the new season.

Adjusted Character Knowledge Points cap per Survivor Tier: Tier III and below at 4,000, Tier IV at 5,500, Tier V at 7,000, Tier VI at 8,000, and Tier VII and above have no cap.

Added achievement bonuses: Batter's "Hat-trick," Novelist's "A Twist of Words," Weeping Clown's "Double Feature," Antiquarian's "Swords to Silence," Cheerleader's "Fighting Spirit," Aeroplanist's "Back from Above," Puppeteer's "Deeply Engraved," Archer's "Flea Splitter," Lucky Guy's "Masterful," and Fire Investigator's "Critical Avoidance." The conditions for these achievements are hidden and challenging; visitors are encouraged to explore them. They do not appear in Duo Hunters mode.
